Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers on the sales floor, providing a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each client's insurance requirements.
• Develop and present customized insurance proposals, explaining policy details clearly and concisely.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to negotiation and closing the sale.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall sales goals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain client records.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A valid Driver's License and a Personal Vehicle for business-related travel.
• Authorization to Work in the United States.
• To be 18 or Older.
• A strong understanding of insurance products and the sales process, with a proven track record in full-cycle sales.
• Currently hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Health Insurance licenses.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to managing your workload and achieving targets.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-only role, offering significant earning potential. First year agents can expect to earn between $100,000 and $180,000 annually, based on performance. Your success is directly tied to your ability to build relationships and close sales, providing a rewarding financial opportunity.
