Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized service and support.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including benefits administration.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Manage sales administration tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Stay informaed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on insurance being a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze various insurance products.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience in outside sales is advantageous.
