What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage direct marketing content and programs across multiple channels, including mail, email, statement inserts, and phone.
- Oversee creative development, compliance approvals, data delivery, fulfillment, and quality control for all marketing materials.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create consistent, brand-aligned content for corporate and agent-level marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of campaigns—on time and within budget.
- Ensure all communications meet legal and regulatory standards, including disclosure and versioning requirements.
- Promote awareness and utilization of marketing programs among employees, managers, and agents.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and program tracking; provide reporting to leadership.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer service inquiries related to marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Natural curiosity to ask thoughtful questions and identify gaps for improvement.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies and tactics preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
