Compensation:
$150,000
Responsibilities:
- Support clients during claims processes, including in-person visits when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activity
- Oversee administrative tasks, including budgeting and recruiting
- Stay current on product offerings, industry trends, and state regulations
- Collaborate with underwriting and internal support teams
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing marketing and sales plans is required
- Background or experience in agriculture is a plus
- Ability to manage office operations and hire staff
- Proven track record of personal or professional success
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
