Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential, light commercial, and marine HVAC systems.
- Communicate findings and recommended repairs clearly to customers.
- Complete accurate service records and paperwork.
- Maintain company truck cleanliness and inventory.
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized.
- Assist with equipment replacements and installations as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service technician experience
- Strong independent diagnostic skills and ability to interpret wiring diagrams
- EPA certification meeting company requirements
- At least 21 years old, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for company vehicle insurance requirements
- Ability to perform the physical duties of HVAC service work
- Professional, dependable, and honest
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
