Our growing chiropractic clinic is seeking a full time Practice Representative to join our Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be goal driven and have a passion for educating others about chiropractic care and natural healing.
The Practice Representative will be responsible for coordinating their own community/corporate events, promoting chiropractic care by conducting spinal screenings at community events, educating about the benefits of chiropractic care, and scheduling new patients for a life changing appointment in one of our clinics.
They will receive training in our St. Petersburg clinic and then begin impacting lives in Pinellas and Hillsborough County!
About Farkas Chiropractic Clinic:
Our clinic has been established for 42 years and we have plans to continue expanding over the next 5 years. We currently have three locations (St. Petersburg, South Tampa, and Clearwater). Our mission and purpose is to improve the health of our community for generations to come.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2 years of outside sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to transport event supplies
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
- Establish strong, ongoing community relationships
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Meet and/or exceed quotas
- Coordinate community and corporate events with other vendors
- Schedule health fairs, community events, and networking events with businesses and organizations
- Conduct spinal screenings at events to identify prospective patients
- Coordinate and facilitate informative presentations in front of groups of people
- Promote and sell our New Patient Package at events (proceeds are donated to local non-profits!)
- Schedule new patients for their first appointment at one of our clinics
- Work flexible hours including nights and weekends when necessary
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize efforts
- Create social media content
- Manage contact log and statistics
