What You’ll Do

• Own customer parts interactions (phone, email, and in-person) with urgency and professionalism
• Drive revenue through proactive selling, not just order-taking
• Diagnose customer needs and recommend the right parts and solutions
• Build and follow up on quotes with the goal of closing and converting
• Partner with Service, Sales, and Rental teams to keep jobs moving
• Manage orders, availability, and timelines with precision
• Create repeat customers through trust, consistency, and expertise
