Restaurant Team Member- Pizza, Sandwiches & Italian Kitchen

Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips

Tips have consistently added at least $2.50 per hour and range from $2.00–$3.50 per hour, bringing estimated total earnings to approximately $14.00–$15.50 per hour.

Cugino’s Italian Deli & Pizzeria is hiring reliable, hardworking restaurant team members to join our crew. We are looking for people with a positive attitude who are willing to learn, move with urgency, and help wherever needed.

This is a cross-trained restaurant position. Depending on your strengths, experience, and the needs of the restaurant, you may work in customer service, sandwich preparation, pizza, kitchen prep, cleaning, stocking, packaging orders, or general restaurant support. Team members may be trained in multiple stations over time.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Preparing sandwiches and deli items
• Making pizzas, slices, and other menu items
• Assisting with kitchen preparation
• Packaging takeout and delivery orders accurately
• Restocking ingredients, beverages, and supplies
• Keeping workstations clean and organized
• Washing dishes and helping maintain a clean restaurant
• Supporting the kitchen, deli, pizza station, and front counter
• Working quickly and calmly during busy periods
• Following all food-safety and sanitation standards

Physical Requirements:

• Able to remain standing and active throughout the shift
• Able to bend, reach, clean, and perform repetitive food-preparation tasks
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Schedule:

Part-time positions are available, typically 15–30 hours per week. Additional hours and opportunities for advancement may become available based on performance, availability, and business needs.

Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Applicants should include their current availability when applying.
