Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
