Job Title: After School Program Site Assistant
Job Description: This position supports the Community School Coordinator in delivering high-quality academic and enrichment programming for students and families. This role represents Faribault Public Schools positively and helps implement student-centered learning and family engagement strategies for out of school time programs.
This position will be available at various Falcons Beyond locations. Hours are approximately 2:30-5:00 with flexibility to work 1-5 days per week throughout the 2026-27 school year. Programming will begin September 21st, 2026.

Duties/ Responsibilities
- Take daily attendance and maintain accurate data.
- Assist with meals and snacks during programming.
- Help prepare materials and organize program spaces.
- Communicate with parents, students, and school staff.
- Upholds data privacy and security
- Remain on-site until the last student is picked up each day.
- Manage and respond to student behavior incidents
- Prepare and complete necessary reporting documents
- Other duties as assigned.
- AA degree
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills
- Motivated self-starter and have the desire to motivate youth and families
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of Faribault Public Schools policies and structure
- Team player who possesses group-thinking skills
- Experience with Arux, Salesforce or other Community Education registration software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to build positive relationships with youth.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
