- Answering and directing calls, messages, and inquiries to the right person on the team when needed — but not before seeing if you can help them first.
- Using screening questions to help determine if someone might be a good fit for our services, and knowing when to connect them with another team member or refer them to another professional.
- Working closely with the Client Service Specialist(s) to label and prioritize leads, and coordinating calls with potential clients.
- Keeping records and messages clear and up to date, so your teammates have what they need to follow up.

- You ensure every call or text from a potential client gets to the right person on the team without delay, so no one is missed.
