Further, we have been growing since we started every year and are looking for good staff to help us continue to deliver great eye care to our patients and to grow the practice.

Who is a good candidate:
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, enjoys a fast-paced work setting and who is able to easily multi-task in a team setting. The individual needs to be professional and compassionate, mature, genuine, reliable, organized, positive, and a team-player and enjoys taking care of patients. Prior work in in eye care setting is a very much desirable but not necessary. Having a clean background check and references are required. Enthusiasm in learning, excellent computer and English skills, ability to be flexible and learn new skills are needed for success. We hire applicants who live within 30 minutes driving distance from the office.
Having a big smile, excellent customer service, great communication skills, and being an excellent team-player is a must.
Job description:
Entering documentation into electronic medical records system (scribing)
Performing diagnostic testing
Helping to arrange for surgeries
Collect patient histories and enter them into medical records
Following up on patient labs and test results
Scheduling patients
Registering patients and collecting payments as needed from time to time
Help deliver the best care possible to our patients
Help with some administrative tasks
