Fareva is currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist - North America to join our team in New York, NY.
About the role:
The Sales Support Specialist will assist Sales Account Managers in all administrative aspects of the customer sales process, from prospecting to customer service. This role also provides executive administrative assistance to the Sales representatives.
Main tasks are listed as followed: New client prospection / Request For Quotation (RFQ) reception & analysis / RFQ formation / RFQ follow-up with operations & purchasing teams / RFQ clarification with client / Information gathering & organization to allow RFQ finalization by Sales Representatives / Reception & care of client during in-office meeting / Meeting report redaction / Pricing list updates / Presentation creation & optimization / Organizing & supporting Trade shows / Market analysis & presentations / Administrative support of Sales Representatives / Follow-up & update of customer projects…
What you'll do:
Quotation management
Quotation preparation / Construction / Verification / Stakeholders management to achieve complete offer, etc.
Project follow-up
Project creation / Project updates with other stakeholders / Project update until offer validation , etc.
Client follow-up
Client opportunity analysis / Clients’ contact for updates / Customer service, etc.
Administrative support
Office inventory management / Transportation & Restaurant booking / Expenses management / Client reception / Presentation preparation / Market analysis, etc.
Our ideal candidate:
Education and experience
- Bachelor Degree in Administration
- 5 years of professional experience
- 3 years of experience in Sales or customer service
Skills and abilities:
- Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer computer expert skills
- Experience with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Enterprise
- Strong communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Organizational skills
- Project management skills
- Goal oriented
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- English fluency - Bilingual (French) is a plus
