ResponsibilitiesDesign schematic and layout of mixed-signal, power, and digital circuitry for RF applications.Contribute to system architecture decisions, including power networks, thermal management, and component selection.Successful delivery of PCB/PCBA builds using HDI technologyDevelop and execute PCBA test plans with an emphasis on IEC compliance and reliability across environmental conditions.Required ExperienceStrong working knowledge and experience with schematic capture and layout of high-density PCBs in Orcad or AllegroWorking knowledge of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity5 years of hands-on experience in board-level design, bring-up, manufacturing, and testingExperience with DFM/DFT/DFX Experience with IPC standards for PCB manufacturing, assembly, and testEstablished track record of designing and releasing electronics into production, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiencyDemonstrated experience with general EE test equipment EducationBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, MS is preferredWhat Makes You Stand Out Previous experience with HDI in high-reliability electronicsWorking knowledge of RF design principles, including transmission line theory and practical implementation in PCB layout.Experience in testing complex digital, power, and RF systems, including active antenna modules or phased arrays Experience in regulated industries such as aviation or the automotive fieldsBase Salary RangeCompensation includes a competitive base salary as part of a comprehensive package tailored to the candidate’s experience and background.
