This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, holiday pay and 401K. � Job purpose: To supervise and work with a diversity of contract turkey producers to assure that each flock is properly cared for in accordance to the company�s �best care� guidelines and to represent the Company in a positive manner. � Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Education and training of producers on poultry husbandry programs.Contribute to the ongoing improvements of company programs.Maintain necessary flock records.Make regular premise visits and document observations, recommendations and communications on a premise visit report.Monitor flock health and coordinate corrective actions with grow out and veterinary staff.Use and expand problem solving skills and data analysis skills.Be flexible in work hours to accommodate proper flock supervision.Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.Must have personal organization and time management skills.Continuous premise improvement responsibilities / accountability.Any other assigned duties� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � Scope: The position will typically supervise one million birds annually with consideration to geographic proximity and experience in a 45 hour work week
