POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing personalized assistance, local
recommendations, and support throughout the guest experience. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the local area, hotel amenities, and guest services to ensure every guest has a memorable stay.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Deliver warm, personalized service to every guest, anticipating needs and creating memorable experiences.
- Coordinate reservations, transportation, excursions, dining, spa appointments, and other personalized guest requests.
- Provide expert recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, shopping, recreation, and seasonal activities tailored to each guest's preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and partners to ensure exceptional service and
exclusive guest experiences. - Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues with discretion and a sense of urgency.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of guest
requests. - Promote hotel amenities, dining venues, events, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and drive
ancillary revenue. - Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, reservations, and special requests while protecting guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and luxury hospitality at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of hotel operations and the guest experience.
- Seasonal position with the opportunity for year-round employment. Responsibilities and scope may evolve during the off-season based on operational needs.
- Previous experience in concierge services, guest services, front office operations, or luxury hospitality preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, transportation, shopping, recreation, and seasonal activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized, thoughtful service.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple guest requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns or unexpected situations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with hotel departments, local vendors, and service providers.
