The Referrals & Liens Legal Assistant serves as the Legal Assistant for high-volume caseload of Attorney Lien and Referral files. The Legal Assistant is detail-oriented,
organized, responsive, and able to communicate professionally with clients, law firms, co-counsel, insurance companies, and
internal team members. This role is in support of the Referrals/Liens Case Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily administrative and case support to the Case Specialist.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Communicate professionally with clients, firms, and team members.
• Work with the Case Specialist to manage lien and referral cases.
• Assist with department reports, projects, and other duties as assigned by the Case Specialist or Director.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist with Bi-annual Referral/Lien case inventories, including both physical and electronic audits.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Prior experience in legal or administrative support preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong commitment to client service and case accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complete tasks timely, and meet deadlines.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
