This is a PART-TIME role with working hours on Satrudays and Sundays from 8am-8pm EST. A 1-hour lunch break is provided during these hours allowing for two 11-hour shifts equaling 22 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shift on time, with phone on and ready to answer calls
• Respect clients dignity and confidentiality
• Maintain neat and organized working environment
• Data entry into computer software programs and multiple databases
• Superb attention to detail
• Process paperwork for new clients efficiently and in accordance with company protocols
• Obtain all pertinent information from new clients by completing interviews courteously and professionally
• Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients
• Collect data to help with admission
• Ensure that all intake forms are properly completed and signed
• Communicate with collegaues and managers constructively
• Follow protocol set forth within departmental memos verbal and written
• Follow standard set forth by the Florida Bar Association

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous call center experience required
• 2 years of previous remote working experience required
• Flexible availability required to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to empathize with clients
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to sit for long periods of time in front of multiple computer monitors
• Ability to work on phone lines for entirety of shift
• Ability to successfully accomplish daiuly tasks from a fully remote working environment
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; ability to speak additional languages highly preferred
