Key Responsibilities

  • Support process-improvement projects arising from facilitated meetings and other assigned reviews.
  • Track funding and budgets for assigned training and facilitation work, prepare PRRs as directed, and track financial actions in SAP.
  • Coordinate available, expensed, and obligated funding when applicable; update related costs in TRIRIGA or its successor at least monthly and report funding and budget status monthly.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Three (3) or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating federal training, certification programs, workforce development, and DHS FAC-COR or FAC-PM processes.
  • Preferred: Experience facilitating working sessions, lessons-learned meetings, and process-improvement efforts.
  • Preferred: SharePoint content management, federal travel systems, training-registration logistics, and financial tracking experience.
  • Preferred: Strong writing, organization, and stakeholder-coordination skills.

Eligibility Requirements

A CBP Background Investigation is required. The candidate must meet applicable Government suitability and access requirements, and the resume must be submitted to and approved by the COR and Government client before the candidate starts work.

Employment is subject to Government approval, successful completion of company pre-employment requirements, and authorization to begin performance.
