Job Summary
Assists Accounting and Customer Service through relevant support tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met with the highest degree of competency. Manages and organizes completed Far West Customer and Finance paperwork for efficient retrieval.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and process accounts payable workflow
- Create and send invoices, weekly statements to stakeholders
- Verify inventory receipt content and ensure accuracy
- Review customer documentation and extract relevant transactional information
- Scanning of physical documents into the Far West Sharepoint
- Data Entry in Excel/Sharepoint spreadsheets recording inbound loads from suppliers
- Create sales orders in Syspro (ERP system) to be invoiced for consignment billing
- Process customer service orders in Megatrak- Warehouse Management System
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support accounting and customer service teams
QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Organized and detail oriented
- Friendly, patient, and professional phone demeanor
- Must have a strong work ethic and professional integrity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with others.
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Experience in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook strongly preferred
- Syspro ERP
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
