Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Specialist to join ourLogistics Division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of client orders, and maintaining efficient inventory processes. You will play a key role in delivering a smooth customer experience by providing real-time tracking updates and coordinating returns and warranty requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship client orders accurately and on time
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking incoming shipments
• Provide clients with real-time tracking information and shipment updates
• Collaborate with technicians to prepare and configure devices prior to shipment
• Coordinate and process product returns and warranty requests efficiently
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of role-related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
