What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Operations position at Far and Beyond Mentoring Services?
Requirements
- QMHP Certification required or qualify to obtain certification
- 2-3 years of mental health field experience required
- 2-3 years of leadership experience required
- Maintain 10 hours of operations and administrative duties every two weeks. 10 face-to-face contact hours with one client every two week
Tasks
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to mental health services and operation.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Forming strategic partnerships within the community.
Funding: Assist with fundraising efforts to secure funding for programs and services.
Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all departments and processes.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Help with hiring and onboarding new employees.
Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues.
- Report to CEO once every week.
