On a day-to-day basis, the Assistant will support administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing documents, managing email and phone communications, and maintaining organized records. The role will assist with coordination of rehearsals, meetings, and events, including communicating with cast, crew, and vendors, and helping to ensure spaces and materials are ready for use. The Assistant may help with basic production support, such as tracking props or equipment, organizing scripts and production notes, and updating project timelines. The position also involves general office support, data entry, and light research to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
