Job Summary

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a variety of products including, clothing, shoes, adult novelties, smoke products, and alcoholic beverages
- Assist customers with product selection based on their needs, preferences, and comfort requirements
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and returns
- Maintain organized shelves through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure products are attractively displayed and easy to find
- Provide expert advice on smoking merchandise, adult products, shoes, clothing, and sexual health to enhance customer trust and loyalty
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring compliance with Washington State safety and alcohol regulations
- Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment
Requirements
- MAST Certification (bartending license)
- Previous retail sales experience and/or familiarity with working in 18 establishments
- Understands POS retail systems and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of smoke merchandise, certain adult products, and sexual health is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and merchandising products
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer needs
- Basic retail math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing inventory counts

Pay: From $21.30 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
