Summary:
The F&B Cost Coordinator Assistant will assist the F&B Coordinator.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Enter, adjust and collate receiving documents to PO’s and receiving log
- Keep inventory spread sheets up to date with cost, UOM, and new items
- Create new inventory item codes
- Cost out inventory transfer sheets
- Produce and distribute Daily Cost of Sales Report
- Participate in monthly and spot check inventory count and audit
- Produce monthly Inventory Analysis Report
- Produce GL adjustment spreadsheet
- Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be at 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalency
- Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Should know 10-key and have minimum 1 year of accounting experience
- Accounting certificate or degree and accounting/finance software knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
