Overview
As a Business Development Manager for Fantastic Sams, you will drive new business sales, partner with salon managers to build lasting relationships, and rollout new ideas and systems to continually increase revenue. Your goal is to expand the revenue of Fantastic Sams by developing new business strategies that earn proven results.

Requirements
To be considered for the position, please have the following in regards to:
- Experience: A proven track record of increasing sales, demonstrating exemplary marketing and business growth strategies. (preferred experience: Salon or Beauty industry)
- Skills- You are a hunter and a road warrior when it comes to prospecting new customers. You are able to prioritize, while building lasting relationships. You are confident in your ability to identify ideal customers, communities and demography to increase sales.
- Characteristics- You exude a positive attitude and meet your goals every time. You are self motivated, ready to learn, and love to see your clients grow and develop.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager you’ll be meeting needs and rolling out new marketing strategies to increase salon sales. Each day you’ll also be ready to:
- Develop new business Research and prospect potential customers. Move pieces of businesses systematically through a sales pipeline by posting ads in all social media outlets.
- Manage exiting customers Consult salons to improve retention and to provide ideas and systems that increase their revenue with products and services. Conditionally identify salons' business needs and demonstrate the ways the revenue goals can be met. Provide continuing education to salon managers on social media engagement.
- Communicate and work on a highly driven team. Meet regularly with salon managers to update on social media engagement.
- Continuously Grow and learn to develop an expert working knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.
