Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and support sales operations. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, assisting walk-in customers, and contributing to our live product promotions. Occasional assistance with order packing or other tasks may also be required.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable handling phone and email interactions professionally.
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, including proper grammar and spelling, are required for verbal and written interactions.
- Must have Intermediate to Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Windows, Excel, Word, Photoshop, and the Internet. This experience should also include Social Media, Website and Online Marketplace Maintenance, and Order Entry Systems. If you don't have all these skills but are very computer literate and able to self-teach (or use ChatGPT as a helper) you are still qualified.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be creative and understand merchandising of products in our retail showroom to maximize visibility and sales.
- Willingness to learn about our products and assist in promotions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset, but also able to work independently and be self-motivated to help the company grow.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer emails, phone calls, and assist walk-in customers.
- Process and enter orders into our computer system accurately.
- Provide product information and recommend solutions to customer inquiries.
- Assist with live feeds, promotions and advertising to showcase our products.
- Support sales efforts by maintaining excellent customer relationships in person, via the phone, and through the internet.
- Occasionally assist with packing and shipping customer orders as needed.
