What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE position at Fantabulous Flamingo?
We’re looking for someone dependable to join our team. This is a part time position averaging 12-15 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Flexible schedule shifts will vary week to week
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable working independently and following clear instructions
Pay:
- $14 to $16 per hour based on reliability, work ethic, and performance
- Opportunity for increases based on consistency and performance
What you’ll be doing:
- Greet customers and stay engaged on the sales floor
- Help when needed without hovering or disappearing
- Run the register accurately and keep the checkout area in order
- Restock throughout the day and keep displays full and looking good
- Follow specific directions for product placement and merchandising
- Keep track of what’s on the floor vs back stock and refill correctly
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers at all times
- Stay open and customer ready right up until closing time
- Finish all closing duties after the store closes before clocking out

- This is an active, on your feet job not a sitting position
- Stay aware of customers and what’s going on around you
- Stay busy and on task no standing around or getting distracted
- We value strong, old school customer service being attentive, engaged, and genuinely helpful with every customer
- Take a minute to read instructions carefully before jumping in
- Communicate clearly and respond to schedule updates
- No changing schedules or procedures without checking first
- Keep it professional and respectful with customers and coworkers
- Looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through without needing constant reminders
