What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner position at Fanous MedSpa?
FANOUS MEDSPA is growing.
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who brings strong injectable skills, sound clinical judgment, and the leadership presence to guide patients through a complete aesthetics and wellness journey.
This is not a provider role for someone who wants to stay inside one treatment room and simply complete appointments.
We want a team-first clinician who takes ownership, builds trust, creates thoughtful treatment plans, and helps raise the clinical standard of the entire practice.
The Role
You’ll provide advanced aesthetic and wellness care while leading patient consultations, coordinating treatment plans across departments, and supporting the continued growth of FANOUS MEDSPA.
The goal is not to sell isolated treatments.
The goal is to understand what each patient wants, identify what will genuinely serve them, and create a safe, appropriate plan that may include multiple services over time.
You’ll be expected to act like your name is on the door.
What You’ll Do
- Perform Botox, dermal fillers, and other advanced aesthetic treatments safely and precisely
- Lead comprehensive consultations with confidence, curiosity, and clinical clarity
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical history, anatomy, and long-term outcomes
- Support wellness services within your training, licensure, and approved scope of practice
- Educate patients clearly without pressure, hype, or transactional selling
- Introduce patients to other appropriate FANOUS MEDSPA services based on clinical insight and patient needs
- Collaborate closely with injectors, aestheticians, front desk, management, and medical leadership
- Provide clear follow-up instructions and support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate charting, photography, consents, and clinical documentation
- Follow all safety protocols, treatment standards, and compliance requirements
- Help improve clinical systems, patient experience, and team communication
- Support the growth and development of other team members through professionalism, leadership, and example
What Winning Looks Like
- Patients feel heard, educated, and confident in their treatment plans
- Consultations convert because patients trust the process, not because they feel pressured
- Treatment plans support long-term relationships rather than one-time transactions
- Clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and complete
- Patient follow-up is consistent and complications are handled calmly and professionally
- Other departments view you as a collaborative partner, not a separate provider
- You contribute ideas, solve problems, and help raise the standard of the practice
- Patient satisfaction, retention, rebooking, and appropriate cross-service utilization remain strong
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
- Current national board certification
- Strong hands-on experience with Botox and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient assessment, and complication management
- Excellent consultation, communication, and treatment-planning skills
- Consistent attention to safety, documentation, and clinical standards
- Professional presence and sound judgment
- Team-first attitude with a high level of personal ownership
Preferred
- Experience with wellness services and medically guided wellness plans
- Experience with energy-based devices or laser treatments
- Laser certification
- Advanced aesthetic training
- Experience mentoring or supporting other clinical team members
- Existing patient following or demonstrated ability to build patient relationships
- Experience working in an integrated aesthetics and wellness practice
You’ll Be a Strong Fit If You
- Take initiative without waiting to be managed
- Care as much about the patient experience as the procedure itself
- Can recommend services without sounding scripted or sales-driven
- Welcome coaching and continue investing in your clinical education
- Communicate directly, respectfully, and calmly
- Think beyond your own schedule and support the success of the full practice
- See leadership as a behavior, not just a title
- Want to help build something, not simply collect hours
This Role Is Probably Not for You If You
- Prefer to work independently with little team interaction
- Believe your responsibility ends when the treatment is finished
- Avoid follow-up, documentation, or difficult patient conversations
- Resist feedback or established clinical protocols
- Focus only on your personal production
- Want a predictable clock-in, clock-out position with limited ownership
Why FANOUS MEDSPA
- Integrated aesthetics and wellness model
- Strong patient flow and a consistent schedule
- Collaborative, multi-service team environment
- Clear expectations and high clinical standards
- Opportunity to influence systems and patient-care protocols
- Continuing education and professional growth
- Potential to grow into a larger clinical leadership role
- A patient experience built around trust, continuity, and transformation
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience, training, and scope of responsibility
- Performance incentive opportunities
- Employee treatment perks
- Continuing education and professional development opportunities
- Leadership growth potential
- Additional benefits discussed during the interview process
