We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our food service operations. Duties
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by regularly sweeping and mopping.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team during busy service periods.
- Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen equipment in their designated places.
- Ensure that all kitchen waste is disposed of properly and assist with recycling efforts.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with catering, banquet services, or hospitality settings is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
