- Participate in the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects.
- Monitor and report on the work of a team.
- Report on the progress of a project.
- Consult with manager on the refinement of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed.
- Manage officer level calendar(s).
- Plan and manage industry events.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Calendar management - preferred at the Executive/Officer level
- Excellent project management and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A focus on Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Experience using Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
