JOB SUMMARY:
Fancypants is an upscale and chef-driven restaurant opening this summer in East Nashville. We value community and hospitality above all else - extending it to our customers, co-workers, suppliers, and neighbors. We're seeking experienced Servers to join our opening team.
Fancypants will offer upscale service in a casual setting, and our servers should bring warmth and hospitality to every table. We are detailed-oriented, outgoing, and put care into every guest interaction. Servers are menu experts, able to describe the chef's style of cooking and offer appropriate wine pairings. Responsibilities will include properly taking orders, setting silverware for each course, providing wine service, directing the pace and flow of service, handling payments, and completing side work as needed.

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fancypants will be open Thursday to Sunday for dinner service only.
- Organized, quick thinking, adept at multitasking
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain focus and upbeat demeanor in fast-paced environment
