We’re looking for a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll be at the center of data, finance, operations, and product - providing insights that drive smarter decision-making and efficient scaling. You’ll also play a key role in:
- Ensuring data accuracy and consistency from internal and external partners, enabling reliable analysis and confident decision-making.
- Streamlining reporting processes to make financial and operational insights more accessible, timely, and actionable.
- Establishing and maintaining data integrity standards across systems and sources to support trustworthy business intelligence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Input, validate, and maintain financial and transactional data across accounting and reporting systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cross-referencing entries from partners, vendors, and internal sources
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support month-end and quarter-end close activities through clean, reliable data
- Help automate or improve data entry workflows using spreadsheets, templates, or integrations
- Assist in generating operational and financial reports for internal use and compliance needs
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain documentation for processes, standards, and workflows related to accounting data entry
- Serve as a liaison between accounting and other teams to ensure alignment on data inputs and outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, product, operations, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with relevant data and context.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams—ensuring smooth data interpretation and actionability.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent Graduate with ideally 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role—preferably at a startup or high-growth company.
- Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL
- Proven ability to structure problems, build processes, and extract insights from large data sets.
- Exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting processes is a plus.
- Proactive communication skills - you can distill complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments across the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
