Role Description
Seeking a highly analytical, systems-driven Marketing Operations & Revenue Operations
Specialist to own the GTM infrastructure. This role is primarily Revenue Operations with deep
Marketing support, focusing on Salesforce, attribution, funnel reporting, and operational
workflows. You will be attributing lead flow, ensuring every touchpoint is tracked and visible
across GTM teams. This mission-critical role builds the operational foundation for scalable
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Salesforce Ownership: Serve as Salesforce SME. Build and maintain SFDC objects,
fields, flows, and automations. Own attribution, reporting logic, lifecycle definitions, lead
routing, and data hygiene. Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel conversion,
and revenue attribution.
2. Marketing Attribution & Tracking: Own and develop all marketing attribution in
Salesforce. Ensure accurate data sync with Hyros (primary), Meta Ads, Google Ads,
Calendly, and landing page platforms. Design UTM structures and monitor attribution
integrity.
3. Marketing & RevOps Support: Build automated workflows, lifecycle stages, and funnel
logic. Improve processes across Marketing → Sales → Success. Create real-time
reporting systems and support revenue forecasting/analysis.
4. Integrations & Tech Stack: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations (Marketing,
Sales, Scheduling, Data/Analytics). Optimize Slack workflows. Document all integrations
and workflows.
5. Campaign Tracking: Support paid media teams with tracking, tagging, and attribution
setup. Ensure all campaigns are measurable. Provide insights on performance, spend
efficiency, and ROAS trends.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RevOps, Marketing, Creative, and
Leadership on reporting, data strategy, and alignment.
Ideation & Strategic Ownership
This role requires strategic ownership, not just execution. Convert high-level direction into
actionable systems. Proactively identify gaps, recommend improvements based on data, and
build new processes from scratch.
Qualifications
2–3 years in RevOps, MarketingOps, or related technical roles.
● Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (required).
● Experience with tracking/attribution tools (Hyros a major plus).
● Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
● Ability to build dashboards, workflows, and lifecycle automation.
● Comfort with APIs, integrations, and strong analytical/Excel skills.
