As a Manager, Strategic Finance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to join the growing Finance team. The Manager will have ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, operational KPIs, and financial analytics across the FBG organization. The Manager will serve as an integral member of the Finance leadership team, providing expertise for further growth and continuous innovation across the department.

Overview
As a Manager, Strategic Finance at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to join the growing Finance team. The Manager will have ownership of the long-term financial model, performance management, operational KPIs, and financial analytics across the FBG organization. The Manager will serve as an integral member of the Finance leadership team, providing expertise for further growth and continuous innovation across the department.
Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of the long-term financial model, including target setting, structuring, maintenance and expansion for segments, reporting, data, etc.
- Select, establish, maintain, and track operational KPIs to enable performance management and create alignment with the long-term financial model
- Establish priorities and vision for financial business analytics, with analyses including but not limited to product profitability, LTV/CAC, growth investments, price/volume/mix analysis, customer cohort analysis, etc.
- Proactively provide quantified insights and propose solutions to areas of risk and opportunity to influence business strategy
- Ad hoc financial analyses relating to key commercial projects
- Develop corporate performance management, demonstrating exceptional leadership and collaborative capabilities across the organization in driving executive alignment
- Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
- 2 years in investment banking / private equity or 4 years in investment research, with progressively increasing responsibilities; public, multinational company experience preferred
- Deep experience with financial modeling, data manipulation, and analytics
- Expert skills with Microsoft Excel
- Extensive experience with presentations to senior management, with extraordinary attention to detail and strong data visualization skills
- Adaptability and innovation with an eye for developing processes that align across multiple groups and stakeholders
- Experience growing and leading teams
