Hourly Rate $35.00 - $40.00
The hourly range for this role is $35.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

\n- Act as the fraud front line of BetFanatics by communicating directly with customers through emails, chats and phone calls.
- Monitor and analyze daily alerting, flag and escalate any potential fraud activities and take necessary immediate actions to mitigate losses.
- Review Customer activity for potential fraud.
- Monitor and escalate suspicious activities associated with money laundering (including, but not limited to: tax evasion, fraud, and terrorist financing).
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, including KYC requirements and gaming regulations.
- Assist management and internal teams with ad hoc requests and additional fraud reviews as needed.
- Help share fraud insights and trends to all areas of the business including product, marketing, and operations
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for investigative staff and as a department liaison with other business departments.
- 2-4 years of relevant fraud and/or AML risk experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Criminal Justice, Finance or Business will be considered as an asset.
- Understanding of gaming and payment processes. General understanding of Sportbetting, Casino and payment processes.
- Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Flexibility to perform in a fast paced startup environment in an evolving industry.
- Investigative curiosity with strong organizational skills.
- Competence with Zendesk/Salesforce and the G Suite products. Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to work a hybrid remote and in office schedule that will include weekends.
- Ability to become and maintain licensing in multiple jurisdictions.
