The Retail Associate is responsible for carrying out the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue, creating the ultimate shopping experience for our customers and maintaining retail standards through back of house operations. How You Will Make An Impact
- Greets customers and ask questions to help make their shopping experience an enjoyable one.
- Makes recommendations based on observations and conversations with customers.
- Helps execute a brand connection by ensuring customers enjoy a top-notch shopping experience.
- Maintains sales floor and/or stockroom standards with an eye to detail.
- Processes accurate sales transactions via the (POS) System.
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and customer service to ensure the Mitchell & Ness, Fanatics Brands and Team/League are always positively represented.
- Performs additional responsibilities as directed by the management team.
- High School graduate or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses a fun, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrates ability to build product knowledge of Inventory.
- Demonstrates ability to work as a member of a team in fast paced environments, servicing a diverse customer base.
- Ability to maintain high standards of organization and cleanness.
- Proven ability to overcome obstacles while maintaining a positive, can do attitude.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment.
