Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Relic Inventory Associate I. Associates are part of our Relic Inventory team, responsible for receiving, documenting, inventorying, and transacting whole and cut memorabilia pieces as they make their way through the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates are self-starters who possess analytical skills and have strong attention to detail given the criticality of maintaining accurate inventory for auditing and financial purposes. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will find themselves a strong cultural fit.

Responsibilities
- Receive, open and sort through mail to prep it to be received material into Oracle by subject
- Assist in building spreadsheets with correct data to receive inventory into Oracle.
- Learn how to use Airtable to gather invoices
- Learn how to use new NCF system to gather invoices in collaboration with Athlete Partnerships
- Assist with cycle counts daily and various inventory transactions including player worn returns, which provide accurate descriptions of what is in inventory and help pass yearly audits
- Learn the ins-and-outs of the Relic Ops department as new processes and technology are implemented to improve the quality and efficiency of our product
- Abides by and helps to uphold all security measures to ensure Relics are secure
- Dallas / Sunnyvale, TX based
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs at once
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel), required
- Accounting/finance experience preferred
- Oracle EBS experience preferred
