Job Description

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Affiliate Relationship Support - Daily communications with affiliates via email and Slack channels assist in onboarding new affiliates, maintaining ongoing communications, and ensuring timely responses to partner inquiries.
• Website content co-ordination: Support with creative and written word briefs across brand, campaign, partnership and blog pages
• Stakeholder Management: Support communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth campaign launches, facilitate data reporting and resolve operational issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily and monthly KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify trends or opportunities for growth.
• Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of affiliate promotions and campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking links, creative assets, and terms.
• Creative Management: Help coordinate delivery of approved marketing materials and offers to affiliates.
• Payment Processing: Assist in verifying and processing monthly affiliate invoices and performance-based commissions.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have junior level experience in a marketing role/internship or hold a degree in a relevant/adjacent field
• You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
• You’re analytical and eager to learn and develop
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis.
• Interest in sports, betting, fantasy, or gaming industries is a must
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
• Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills
• Strong relationship management skills
  
  

Nice-to-have

• Experience working in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing or partnerships
• Experience using Slack or similar business comms software
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, Impact, Intellitics or Partnerize), or digital marketing tools is preferred but not required.
  
  

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $70,000 to $83,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
