Qualified Candidates will:
- Complete the electronic signing of real estate closing documents using Remote Online Notarization technology in a video-based environment
- Provide a personable and professional closing experience while notarizing and explaining real estate documents to signers
- Develop and sustain subject-matter expertise in eClosings and Notary Signing Agent protocols
Skills Required:
- Must have knowledge of Mortgage closing documents
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong commitment and excitement for supporting others: both customers and teammates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to empathize with customers and walk them through complex concepts with ease
