We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 7 years of project management experience, including leadership of complex projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet)
