What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Learn about customer needs and recommend products and solutions
- Process customer orders and help schedule deliveries
- Assist with managing open orders and customer quotes/bids
- Support the branch team as needed, including helping at the counter
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn about HVAC products and the industry
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
