- Assures consistent customer experience and execution across multiple territories by providing direction, coaching, development, and succession planning for Territory Managers.
- Assures achievement of financial objectives.
- Assures effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies throughout assigned territories.
- Assures a consistent in-store experience that supports the Brand and exceeds the Customer's expectations.
- Assures selection, retention, and development of high caliber Associates of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences from both inside and outside of the organization.
- Assures business objectives are achieved through translating business goals into short-term and long-term plans delivering on profitable top-line sales growth.
- Directs and manages multiple territory managers for assigned zone.
- Indirect responsible for 100 stores, Direct responsibility for 7-12 territories with total sales volume of $200
- Lead team with a continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency, productivity and best-in-class execution through cross-functional collaboration.
- Monitor and track financial budgets for zone by prioritizing spending, regularly reviewing financial progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure financial targets.
- Evaluate sales goals and procedures; adjust appropriately to ensure profitability.
- Identify areas of opportunities and work with appropriate teams to develop a solution.
- Develop strategic sales strategies for assigned zone including both short and long term.
- Provide training, development, and team building tools that enhances leadership skills and prepare talent for future growth.
- Partner with Store Operations on store communication, operating procedures, technology efficiencies, and store/territory tools and resources.
- Partner with Loss Prevention on store safety, internal investigations, shrink strategies, and overall execution of Loss Prevention programs.
- Partners with home office in the areas of Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Allocations to providing frequent customer feedback influencing our short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide coaching, development, and inspection of company strategies with Territory Managers through regular in-store travel within zone.
- Collaborate with Human Resources on zone talent strategies and overall culture within zone.
- Partners with Human Resources on associate relations, staffing and recruiting, onboarding, and associate engagement.
- Develops and leads talent strategies inclusive of sourcing, recruiting, training, developing, building succession, and retaining their direct and indirect teams to deliver on sales targets and cultural goals.
- Monitoring competition and communicating activity.
- Providing clear, concise, and timely communication to deliver on strategic initiatives.
- Partners with corporate in development of operating priorities, plans, programs, and store resources.
- Collaborate cross functionally with partners throughout the business to achieve consistency.
- Focusing on innovative ways to improve opportunities for success for our stores.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
- Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years retail leadership experience
- Experience is managing multiple territories (specialty or shoe retail expereince preferred)
- 7 Years experience in managing people at various levels including managers.
- Ability to manage and influence remotely.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary : $135,210 - $175,774
