Role Description

This part-time Sales Leader role is an on-site position located in Altoona, IA. The Sales Leader will oversee customer interactions, drive sales, and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. Key responsibilities include supervising daily store operations, supporting team members to achieve sales goals, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining inventory organization. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming, family-oriented in-store atmosphere.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
