Join the FAMMO Cleaning Service team! We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining clean and healthy environments, whether in healthcare facilities, administrative offices, or libraries across Monterey County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, mop, and sanitize rooms, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of hygiene across various settings.
- Disinfect and deep-clean surfaces, including walls, floors, furniture, and high-traffic areas.
- Clean windows, windowsills, window treatments, and dust all surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Perform special cleaning assignments and respond to urgent cleaning needs.
- Maintain cleanliness in nursing stations, hallways, lobbies, offices, treatment rooms, recreation areas, lounges, dining spaces, and library or office spaces.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not required).
- Previous experience in janitorial or environmental services, including healthcare, office, or library settings, is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing quality service.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow standard cleaning protocols.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are met.
- Fluent in English (required). Spanish is a plus but not required.
