Role Description
This is a flexible Insurance Sales position that is fully remote. Located nationwide, but our local office in Harrisburg, PA is currently hiring. The role involves selling insurance products, maintaining and building client relationships, and managing individual accounts. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending appropriate insurance coverage, providing high-quality customer service, and assisting with inquiries or claims. The Insurance Sales Representative is also tasked with staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications

- Desire to help others and build long lasting relationships
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve your skills
- A willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Experience with Customer Service and managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and always looking to grow
- Must be trainable and able to plug into our proven system that works
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
