Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely insurance claims and billing statements for ABA therapy services
- Verify patient data and ensure accurate coding and billing information
- Conduct insurance verification to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
- Communicate with insurance companies and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and insurance information.
- Collaborate with the business office team to ensure efficient and effective billing processes.
- Stay current with changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures
Qualifications
- 2 years’ administrative experience with ABA billing and authorizations required.
- Strong understanding of ABA therapy services and billing procedures
- Proficiency in Rethink ABA software, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.
