Job Summary

FamilyWise Behavior Solutions is seeking an experienced ABA Biller to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of insurance claims and billing statements for our ABA therapy services. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely insurance claims and billing statements for ABA therapy services
  • Verify patient data and ensure accurate coding and billing information
  • Conduct insurance verification to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients
  • Communicate with insurance companies and clients regarding billing and payment inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and insurance information.
  • Collaborate with the business office team to ensure efficient and effective billing processes.
  • Stay current with changes in insurance regulations and billing procedures

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ administrative experience with ABA billing and authorizations required.
  • Strong understanding of ABA therapy services and billing procedures
  • Proficiency in Rethink ABA software, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
