FamilyLife Services LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our residential support team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We provide support services for individuals who need assistance with daily living in a safe, respectful, and structured environment.
As a DSP, you will assist residents with daily routines, supervision, medication support, documentation, and overall quality of life. Day Shift DSPs work under the supervision of the Day Facilitator and play an important role in maintaining consistency, structure, and support for residents throughout the day.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities and routines
- Provide supervision and ensure resident safety throughout the shift
- Support residents with meals, hygiene reminders, household tasks, and community outings
- Administer or assist with medications as assigned and accurately complete MAR documentation
- Monitor and document blood pressure readings, blood sugar readings, behaviors, incidents, and other required information
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and communicate updates to supervisors and the Day Facilitator
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable home environment
- Transport residents as needed using company-approved procedures
- Participate in community outings, activities, appointments, and occasional resident trips or vacations as assigned
- Respond appropriately during emergencies or behavioral situations
- Work cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, families, and outside professionals
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in healthcare, group homes, residential care, or human services preferred
- Medication aide, CPR, First Aid, and DSP certifications are welcome but not required
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Must be able to lift more than 20 pounds and navigate stairs regularly
