Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Non-Medical Home Care (Contract)
We are an Ohio-based non-medical home care agency seeking a licensed
Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as an RN Supervisor.
This is a supervisory and administrative role only. No hands-on
medical care. No medication administration.
Responsibilities:
- Provide RN supervision for non-medical / personal care services
- Review and approve client care plans
- Supervise and support home health aides / personal care staff
- Conduct occasional supervisory visits as required
- Be available for consultation and compliance support
- Assist during audits or reviews if needed
Requirements:
- Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- Experience in home care or supervision preferred
- Ability to perform occasional on-site supervisory visits
- Comfortable with a low-hour, contract-based role
Schedule & Pay:
- Contract w2
- Part-time
- Approximately 2–5 hours per week
- $40–$45 per hour
- Flexible schedule
