*Community Mentor & Skills Development Specialist is position with high school education up to Bachelor's degree or a non-related degree.

*Community Mentor & Skills Development Professional is position with Bachelor's or higher education related to the position.

Working with youth and/or adults primarily within a community, home or educational environment. This position is primarily second shift - Generally Noon/1:00 - 8:00/9:00 p.m. ( /-)

City: This position will primarily be based in Dodge County, WI. Check in before and after sessions are required at the office in Beaver Dam, WI.

Services provided may include, but not limited to the following areas:

Communication and interpersonal skills training

Community service opportunities

Community skills development and enhancement training

Community supervision

Daily living skills training

Family support mentoring

Group skills training

Job skills training

Medication observations

Recreational based mentoring

Respite related services

School based mentoring

Social skills experiences

Supervised visitation and interaction

Homework helper and wraparound related support

Transportation

Willing to train candidates with the passion to work with and support others. A Bachelors or Master's degree is preferred. College coursework and life experience is considered. Must commit to a minimum of 13 months upon acceptance. Staff that don't fulfill this commitment are required to reimburse partial training expenses.

Company owned reduced cost housing may be available. Recruitment incentive of up to $2,500 may be available.
